Please note that New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas. Violators of this policy may be fined up to $250.00 per night. When to Arrive, Weather and What to Wear

Make the most of the networking opportunities associated with the Summit by arriving on Wednesday, June 20. The optional peer-to-peer reception the evening of June 20 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. will allow attendees to meet the presenters, their peers and get an overview of what you can expect to take away from the PPC Summit.

Meetings will commence promptly on Thursday, June 21 at 8:45 am with registration and a Continental breakfast beginning at 7:00 am. Look for the registration desk outside the Ballroom. The last session will adjourn Friday, June 22 at 4:45 p.m. Please plan your travel accordingly as you won't want to miss a thing!

The weather for the month of June in Brooklyn ranges from an average 77 degrees (F) high and 63 degrees low with 3.5 inches of rain.

Business casual dress is appropriate for all Summit activities. Temperature in hotel meeting rooms can vary and air conditioning can be erratic so it is suggested that you dress in layers to be comfortable both at the sessions and during food events.

Meals

Most of your meals are included in your PPC Summit registration fee. Continental breakfast will be served Thursday and Friday mornings from 7:00 a.m. Lunch is provided each day as well as refreshment breaks (morning and afternoon). If you have special dietary needs (Vegetarian, Kosher etc.), please indicate this with your meeting registration.

You'll have the opportunity to meet the presenters and sponsors at the optional welcome reception on Wednesday, June 20 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. as part of your registration fee. After the sessions adjourn on Thursday evening, plan to attend the sponsor's reception from 5:15 - 7:00 p.m.
