Driving directions from the Newark Liberty International Airport to the hotel:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike North. Take Exit 14C - Holland Tunnel. Turn right on Luis Marin Boulevard. Turn left on 6th Street. The hotel is on the left at the corner of Washington Boulevard.

Driving directions from the LaGuardia Airport to the hotel:
Start out going southwest toward La Guardia Road. Turn slight left onto La Guardia Road. Take the ramp toward Airport Exit/Parkway West/Manhattan/Rental Cars. Merge onto Grand Central Parkway W via the ramp on the left toward Triboro Bridge. Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway exit (Exit 4), toward Staten Island/I-278 W. Public Transit

The Westin Jersey City Newport Hotel is only one block from the Pavonia/Newport PATH station. The hotel is a short ride from Manhattan and PATH’s one-way full fare is $1.75. The Pavonia/Newport PATH station is served by the Hoboken and Journal Square-33rd Street and Hoboken-World Trade Center lines. Connections are available with NJ Transit Hudson-Bergen Light Rail, ferries operated by NY Waterway and private bus lines serving Newport Centre Mall. Driving directions from the East to the hotel:
Take Interstate 87 West to the Palisades Parkway South to the New Jersey Turnpike. Take Exit 14C - Holland Tunnel. Turn right on Luis Marin Boulevard. Turn left on 6th Street. Hotel is on the left at the corner of Washington Boulevard.

Driving directions from the West to the hotel:
Take Interstate 280 East via ramp to the left towards the New Jersey Turnpike/Newark. Take Exit 17-A to New Jersey state highway 7 East. Follow through to US highway 1 & 9 North. Turn slight right towards Holland Tunnel. Turn right on Luis Marin Boulevard. Turn left on 6th Street. The hotel is on the left at the corner of Washington Boulevard.

When to Arrive, Weather and What to Wear

The opening PPC Summit general session will begin on Wensday, May 13 at 8:15 am with registration and a Continental breakfast starting at 7:00 am. The schedule will be the same each day. Look for the registration desk in the foyer of the Liberty Ballroom. You may opt to stay for a networking reception to meet the presenters on Wensday evening from 5:15 to 7:15 pm. The last session adjourns on Thursday, May 14 at 5:15 pm so please plan your travel accordingly.

Business casual is the appropriate attire for all PPC Summit activities. To be comfortable during the sessions, breaks and lunches, we suggest dressing in layers.

In May you should expect the weather in New York to range from an average of 77 degrees (F) high to 61 degrees low.

Meals

Your conference registration fee includes a complete package of meeting materials, networking and most meals. Enjoy a Continental breakfast served Tuesday and Wednesday mornings starting at 7:00 am. Refreshment breaks (morning and afternoon) and full service plated lunch will be served both days. Please reply to your registration confirmation, if you have special dietary restrictions.
