Parking at the Hotel

The overnight parking rate is $29 (with in/out privileges). Hourly rates for local guests are: $12 for up to four hours, $17 for four to ten hours, and $29 for more than ten hours.

Fly Into Burbank or LAX
The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is just 13 miles from the hotel and the Burbank Airport (BUR) is even closer at only 7 miles from the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel. Taxi fares are about $30 one way from Burbank and $50 from LAX. Shuttles are also available.

Driving Directions from LAX to the Hotel:
Head east on Century Boulevard and take the 405 North to the 10 East. Exit on La Brea heading north. Continue on La Brea and make a right turn onto Hollywood Boulevard. Turn left on Highland Avenue and the Renaissance at 1755 N. Hollywood Ave. will be on your left.

Driving Directions from the Burbank Airport to the Hotel:
Follow signs toward Thornton Ave. Turn right on West Olive Ave. (West Olive becomes Barham Blvd.) Turn left on Cahuenga Blvd W. Cahuenga becomes N. Highland Ave. Continue to 1755 N. Highland Ave. on the Right.

Metro Public Transit

With 200 Metro Bus lines and four Metro Rail lines, Metro can take you to the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel from just about anywhere in LA County, including the Los Angeles International Airport. Travel from LAX will take 60-90 minutes (depending on time of day) and will cost $5.25. Visit Metro’s website for a detailed trip planner.

When to Arrive, Weather and What to Wear

The PPC Summit will kick off Wednesday, September 23 at 8:15 am with registration and a Continental breakfast beginning at 7:00 am. The opening general session commences each day at 8:15 am. Come early to pick up your conference materials and lay out your daily agenda. Look for PPC Summit signage to direct you to the registration desk. The closing session adjourns Thursday, September 24 at 5:15 pm so plan your travel accordingly.

Business casual dress is appropriate for all PPC Summit activities. We suggest you dress in layers so you will be comfortable during the sessions, breaks and lunches.

In September you may expect the weather in Los Angeles to range from an average of 83 degrees (F) high to 65 degrees low.

Meals

PPC Summits are renowned for providing a high level of service and quality food. Your registration fee includes most meals. A Continental breakfast will be served Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 7:00 am. Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks will be provided along with a delectable lunch both days. If you have special dietary needs please notify the organizers by replying to your registration confirmation.

Don’t miss the opportunity to network with the presenters and your PPC colleagues at the Meet the Expert Reception on Wednesday, September 23 after the close of the meetings from 5:15 – 7:15 pm (additional fee applies).
