Café Royal is a specialist conference and meetings venue. Their sister hotel, the five star Le Méridien Piccadilly, is ideally positioned across the street to provide accommodations for PPC Summit attendees.

Located on Regent Street next to Piccadilly Circus in the heart of London's West End, Café Royal has been fully restored to its former Victorian grandeur over recent years. It is within walking distance of many of London's top attractions and only a short taxi ride from the city and banking districts.

PPC Summit guests may also contact the Holiday Inn Mayfair (3 Berkeley Street in Piccadilly) to obtain the preferred rate of £170 +VAT. Travel Information

London Heathrow Airport is 28 kilometers (50 minutes) away from Piccadilly and London Gatwick Airport is 50 kilometers (one hour) away. A limousine service or shuttle service can be arranged via the Concierge for a fee. You can also take the Heathrow or Gatwick Express trains which will drop you at Paddington and Victoria stations respectively, in 15 to 30 minutes. The nearest train station is at Victoria, 1.5 miles away. The closest underground station is Piccadilly just 100 yards away and accessible from the Piccadilly and Bakerloo lines.

There is an NCP car park 2 minutes away at an approximate charge of GBP 46.00 for 24 hours.

When to Arrive, Weather and What to Wear

Bring your business cards! There are many invaluable networking opportunities associated with the PPC Summit so plan to arrive early. Meetings will commence on Monday, April 14 at 08:00 with registration and a Continental breakfast beginning at 7:15. Plan to depart after the last session adjourns on Tuesday, April 15 at 17:00.

Business casual dress is appropriate for all PPC Summit activities. Be sure to dress in layers to stay comfortable during the sessions, breaks and lunches.

The average temperature in April for London is 13 degrees (C) high to 6 degrees low with 46 mm of rain for the month.

Meals

Your PPC Summit registration fee includes most of your meals. Continental breakfasts will be served Monday and Tuesday mornings from 07:15. Refreshment breaks (morning and afternoon) and lunch are provided on the meeting days. If you have special dietary needs (Vegetarian, Kosher etc.), please indicate this on your registration form.

Plan to attend the evening networking reception from 18:00 - 22:00 on Monday, April 14. You'll need your business cards to network, meet the presenters and interface with sponsors.
