Complimentary on-site parking is available for $10 or valet parking is $15 per day.

Guest rooms are wired for high speed Internet and wireless is available in public areas and the meeting facilities for a fee. The PPC Summit will have an Internet Café for attendees use.

The sleeping room rates agreed upon between the PPC Summit and the host hotel are always better than the website rates and very reasonable for the area. To reduce conference costs and keep registration fees reasonable, Alteract Marketing is contractually obligated to meet a commitment for a certain number of attendees to stay at the workshop hotel. To get the most out of the Summit, attendees are strongly encouraged to use this hotel for their accommodations. In the event of a meeting cancellation, fees from third party suppliers will be the sole responsibility of each attendee and not the workshop organizers.

Travel Information

Flying? There are two airport options nearby. The Dallas/Fort Worth Airport (DFW) is 14 miles east of Dallas/Addison. The estimated taxi fare is $40 (one way). If driving from the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport use North Exit and follow I-635 East 14 miles to the Dallas Tollway North. Exit at Beltline Road and make U-turn. Our PPC Summit hotel is on the right.

Even closer to the hotel is Dallas/Love Field (DAL) just 10 miles NE. A taxi to the hotel is approximately $25 (each way). To drive to the Marriott Quorum take Mockingbird Lane East to the Dallas Tollway North. Exit Beltline Road. Make a U-turn and the hotel is on the right.

Another transportation option is the bus. The station is one mile N of the hotel. For details see the Dallas Area Rapid Transit website.

When to Arrive, Weather and What to Wear

Be sure to bring lots of business cards. There are many invaluable networking opportunities associated with the PPC Summit so plan to arrive early. Meetings will commence on Monday, February 4 at 8:45 am with registration and a Continental breakfast beginning at 7:00 am. Look for the registration desk in the foyer of the Grand Ballroom. Plan to depart after the last session adjourns on Tuesday, February 5 at 5:00 pm.

Business casual dress is appropriate for all PPC Summit activities. Be sure to dress in layers to be comfortable during the sessions, breaks and lunches.

The weather in February in Dallas averages 61 degrees (F) high to 41 degrees (F) low with 2.3 inches of rain.

Meals

Your PPC Summit registration fee includes most of your meals. Continental breakfasts will be served Monday and Tuesday mornings from 7:00 am. Refreshment breaks (morning and afternoon) and lunch are provided on the meeting days. If you have special dietary needs (Vegetarian, Kosher etc.), please indicate this on your registration form.
